1. What is the format of the artwork/design should I send?
a. PDF, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator.
b. If you don't have any artwork/design. We have a professional design team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect products. It is also ok if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want. Please tell us the font name if you have special request on the fonts.
2.How should I place an order?
Please send us email and let us know: the artwork of your design.Inform the exact sizes , embroidered area ,colors ,backing ,etc.The order quantity ,sizes, material ,colors, attachment, packing etc.Then we can make the right price accordingly for your approval.Your company’s contact details.
3.Offer free artwork?
Yes, we make arkwork free of charge for you, Tell us your detailed request, such as color, size, LOGO, message etc ,we will make artwork for you within 3 hours.
4. Could you please give me the quality sample?
If you need some samples for reference, please let us know your fully address/ship mode with courier, and we will arrange our available sample for your reference, and you just need to pay the freight.thanks!
